Hogarea was born from the vision of Emilio, its founder and CEO.
After more than 12 years in the mortgage sector, he identified a deep gap in the market: a traditional real estate model focused solely on volume, with aggressive practices and little humanity.
Convinced that selling a home should be a safe, clear and respectful experience, he decided to create a new way of understanding the sector: a transparent, ethical real estate agency truly centred on people.
